Warranty and Repair

All our products are subject to quality control. Our warranty provides coverage against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers any manufacturing, design or material defects. Please notify us within 4 days of detecting any defects. It does not cover knocks, improper use or other problems that are not attributable to manufacturing defects.
Returns and Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days. To do so, you will need to complete the refund form and return the product to us. However, the product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all components delivered. Returns will not be accepted for incomplete, damaged or stained items. The product must not have been used, washed or damaged. Please find more details about refunds in our terms and conditions.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we can issue a direct refund. However, please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
