Warranty and Repair

All our products are subject to quality control. Our warranty provides coverage against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers any defects in workmanship, design or material. Please notify us within 4 days of detecting any defects. It does not cover shocks, improper use or other issues not related to manufacturing defects.
Returns and Refunds

You can request a refund within 15 days. To do so, you must complete the refund form and return the product to our address. However, the product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all components included. Returns of incomplete, damaged, or stained items will not be accepted. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we can issue a direct refund. However, please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
